Noob question about TTW conversion

Just like the title says, so excuse me if this was asked before.

When you convert a mod to TTW 3.2 with the script utility provided by the devs, do you have to apply all the settings to the mod or not?

Like Update, Conversion, BooktoMagazine and so on or just the Conversion module is sufficient?
