I know that there are many for FNV, but are there any for TTW?
I play hardcore and i really get mad when with 30 barter, i need to wait like 4-5 days do sell all my stuff, since traders got only 300-500 caps. I need to buy stuff that i dont need so i can make any profit, i dont really like running across the wastelands with 100 stimpaks...

Also there are mods that will increase or make traders richer that can be made to work. But these of course can be considered as cheat mods. If you have no problem using such a mod then look into them. I think one was called Richer Merchants or something like that. But again I believe it's a FO3 mod so would need to be converted accordingly.
