Can anyone recommend a companion mod

I see some on Nexus but don’t want to break 3.2. I’m specifically looking for a wait command that doesn’t quickly send someone like dog meat back to vault 101. Just want him to wait in place.

I’m kind of new to the ttw mod altogether but from what I’ve researched the JIP companion mod is compatible with ttw. I’m. Not sure if that’s exactly what you where looking for but it’s the best I have for you at this time
