TTW Not working

I followed the installation video guide properly and launched the game the 3 different ways the video told me to through falloutnv.exe, launcher and mod organizer launcher, each as administrator and when I press start game ttw doesn't apply and I begin in the Mojave, unless I am being dumb and you don't actually start the game in fallout 3's D.C. area like I thought you did. The only notable things I did differently was associate mod organizer with nxm because I got a popup as I started it up and I do not have the fallout - invalidation.bsa and fallout - Meshes2.bsa checkmarked. Can anyone solve the problem?

If you are using MO2, you need to launch the game always through MO2.

Also you need to not use the default profile, this is the base profile that you create other profiles with. You play on any other one you make.

When I create a new profile on MO2 do I need to change any settings or something? Or do I run the game on the new profile like normal?
