I bought a ticket to D.C from vendor machine in D.C train station
I found the station and collected enough prewar money. But when I interacted with the ticket machine I got a ticket to D.C....but I was already in D.C.... Someone please tell me how to get the ticket to Vegas?

That is a bug and will be fixed with the next update.
For now, you can use the free ticket that is in the office room before you reach the vending ticket terminal (it's on top or nearby a terminal in that room).
