MOD my TTW

Hello!
I'm not new into modding but I can sometimes find myself lost in mods, modded a bit fallout nv one time, but modded a lot in skyrim and oblivion.
So I installed F3, FNV.
Will I need any patches?, I want to use this mods, where can I find Compatibility patches, or maybe a proper TTW version?

Some flora overhaul?
Weapon mods expanded
Portable campsite
Fallout redesigned
world of pain
enhanced camera
and some first person animations?

3.2 just came out so many mods are not patched/updated yet.

The mod releases forum here, has patches and converted mods.

PN - only core is compatible right now and there is a small patch in the mod releases forum
QuickLoot - don't use this, use Loot Menu, no patch needed
Nevada Skies - there's no patch currently, I asked Yossarian to make one, no reply
Flora Overhaul - no patch available, no one ever made LOD for NV, so not really worth using.
WMX - Antistar refused permission for a merged version, won't be done, massively incompatible due to mesh and animation fixes
Portable Campsite - shouldn't need a patch
Redesigned - TTW Redesigned is currently being done, and Qwinn will do an RD3 patch
AWOP - there is a patch in the forum
Enhanced Camera - no patch needed, there is a bit of issue with some armors and drinking water
Animation replacers are not compatible with TTW currently

I’m using flora overhaul TTW edition for fallout 3 and it looks fine to me.

I think he meant a merged one. I could be wrong.
