3.2 Launch without mods - Game crash(Remove startup Menu?)

After installing TTW 3.2 I tried to launch the game but the screen goes black with a little window on top left corner for a few seconds then the whole thing crashed.

I went through earlier topics and found two similar cases both solved by removing startup menu. After googling for a while I still don't know how to do that exactly.

Someone please describe the steps in layman's terms... ^_^: For I'm not an experienced computer user.

3.2 doesn't have a start up menu.

Here it seems like you didn't run the default launcher and setup your graphics options properly for new vegas. Try doing that and then report back if it worked or not.

You mentioned proper graphic settings... My fallout3 default setting was Ultra but Fallout NV default setting was High. Should I change them both to High? I'll try again later and post the results here.

Well without the correct settings the game will not start up correctly.

You may need to install NVAC (New Vegas Anti Crash) if your graphics card is not being detected correctly in Windows 10, it has a fix for that.

It worked!
I installed both fallout games, started both launchers and set graphic quality to high, then start them separately to make sure they could launch properly.

After The steps listed above I installed TTW and the game can start without crashing.
