Could someone make a list of mods that you know work with 3.2?

I hardly think anyone is going to check all 30000+ nv mods if they work with 3.2

Mods that change the UI, replace textures or add quality of life (QoL) usually work out of the box. There's an entire section in this forum dedicated to addons that have been patched to be compatible with 3.2. Since Project Nevada is a popular one I'll go ahead and say that only the core module works right now, the rest will break the game. There are several more being converted right as we speak so keep an eye out.

TreeLOD does not work in the New Begas engine. So the FO3 one does not work, it's not converted yet, and you'll need the billboards from FO3 LODGen and generate LOD with it, and you'll need to delete any LOD that comes with it by default and any _flat.nif files.
