So I've tried to install the 3.2 version of TTW with a clean install of both FO3 and FNV (repurchased FO3 thinking retail version might have been the issue) and can't get past the installation paths without this error popping up. I've had previous versions run successfully. Does anyone know a solution for this?

Same Problem Here . 2 Clear copy of NV and F3 from GoG on Win 10 any Ideas ? Deleting oggenc2 dosen't help in my case .
