Cant download TTW 3.2

After getting half way there it says "Failed - Server Problem"

Its a 30 second download for me yet it continues to fail half way through on the dot. I tried running my VPN, then tried refreshing, making an account, retried on Firefox but had the same problems. I dont know what to do. I tried running both Chrome and Firefox as admin. I've tried legit everything in my power, is the servers simply down or is there technical difficulties going on?
