Well, I used it as a base for a big pack over a year ago and played hundreds of hours without any major issues. And while some parts of it are definitely outdated, most of it still worked perfectly fine. I've also added a bunch of other mods and customized and fixed many things.

Thanks for your time, I will now move on and not bother you any longer. The fact that you quoted two sentences of my replies but didn't approve the full posts shows me that I'm just wasting your and my time here.
I still want to thank you guys for the time and effort you put into TTW. It's a great mod and I will still be able to enjoy playing it, but decided against contributing in any way.

And who do you think those people are going to turn to once problems start to arise? You? No. They're going to make a beeline to this forum and bother devs and modders alike with problems that are non-existent on the newer versions - a waste of everyone's time and the main reason that led to this decision. What you want to do isn't as simple as porting 2.9 to a repository elsewhere, you will also have to take responsibility for it and willing to troubleshoot all of it's problems... on your own. The legacy version was deprecated for a reason, and by both sides of content developers.Searge wrote: ↑Thu Nov 29, 2018 12:11 pm(. . .)
I understand that you don't want to deal with outdated versions of TTW anymore, but many players are still interested in them, at least until 3.2 has much better support for most of the mods that worked well with 2.9.4 before. I'd like to create an archive of the old outdated 2.9.4 mods, so that you don't have to host them here. Could you authorize my account for access to the locked forum with the 2.9.4 mods so that I can build that archive?
There's very little incentive to do a 2.9 playthrough now anyway, even if just for it's mods. Why? Imagine your favorite addon gets patched next week, you're going to have to abandon your run, re-install everything and start over... because older saves aren't compatible with the newest version of TTW (too many things were changed). In the end, what did you gain with your impatience? Sooner or later 3.2 will get plenty of mods, if you managed to wait 3-4 years for it then what's a few weeks more? Just pretend the update hasn't gone live yet and go play something else while you wait.
