This has been a bug since Fallout 3. For some reason, the collision meshes for these items cause them to spin on the ground when they're dropped from the inventory, and will then sink through the floor and disappear. Those items are:
DrinkingGlass01
WaterPurified
WaterUnpurified
IrradiatedWaterUnpurified
DLC03AquaPura
DLC03WQ02AquaCura

Post a video with entirely vanilla setup, no NVSR, no NVAC, no ENB, no mods but TTW and no INI tweaks.

This has been a vanilla bug since Fallout 3. Oddly enough, the similarly shaped Buffout and Rad-X items don't have this bug.

Extremely bizarre, never seen this happen before. I will look into it.

Re: Items spinning and then falling through the floor
I think the issue has two parts. The first is that the floor of the Super Duper Mart is made out of many sections placed together. Couple that with the weird collision model the purified water and green cup uses, it causes them to fall through the floor rather than spin endlessly on the ground.
