JIP LN NVSE Plugin

Hi, yesterday came out an update for the jip plugin and inside the "jip_nvse.ini" i noticed that it doesn't have the "bFO3WpnDegradation=0" line in it, so i figured the TTW team must have added it, do we need to readd it ?

It's an option in JIP LN Plugin, but if the ini lacks it, it was default to 0 (which is what TTW had it as anyway). If you want it on, then add it and set it to 1, otherwise it's safe to leave it out.
