Project Nevada not working

Post by coin3223 » Sat Nov 17, 2018 7:05 am

Installed TTW 3.2 and got it working. Was able to get through vault 101. But trying to use the project nevada ttw patch and having all the other PN esps and esms active makes the main menu not appear. The game stops responding once it gets to main menu. Is it because this is a newer version of TTW so mods made for previous versions do not work?

Project nevada is one of the few mods I was really hoping to use in conjunction with this

Project Nevada isn't compatible with 3.2 yet. The only module that works is the core one, the rest will break the game.
And yes, because this is a new version most mods will have to be updated and patched to work along with it. There's an entire section dedicated to 3.2 modding, search in there but stay clear of the 'legacy' version, that's the old TTW.

Thank you for the reply. I ended up just getting a grenade hotkey mod and the solid project mod and between them they have virtually all I was looking for in PN. They both seem to work fine with TTW.

Quick edit to say I didnt realize that sprinting and the grenade hotkey were part of PN's core. For some reason I thought those features were part of extra options. Well now I'm just using PN for those features but I kept solid project on for it's in game map markers.

This is a really amazing project - I'm still blown away at the fact that modders were able to port the entirety of FO3 to FNV. I havent even had nearly as many crashes as I was expecting. Fantastic work, everyone who contributed to this mod should get a medal.
