Long Freezes and Audio Issues

I'm having a few different issues running TTW. First off I'm getting a ridiculous amount of freezes after I walk for a certain amount of time. I'm using NMCs Large Texture Pack for both FO3 and New Vegas as well as the TTW Realistic Wasteland Lighting Pack. I get 60 frames normally, but after walking a certain distance my game tends to freeze up.

I'm also having another issue with audio. My audio is either always delayed or it builds up until I open the Pip-Boy and all of it plays at the same time. If someone could help me with this that would be awesome!

I had the same problem and getting rid of New Vegas Stutter Remover solved my problems.

It's almost always incorrect NVSR settings, or a problem with malwarebytes real time scanner.

So is there a correct set of settings for NVSR?
