Ask Doc Church "I think I might be addicted to something", then pick "I think I'll tough it out"... his response to that was without sound for me

Doctor Banfield in Tenpenny has same issue... might be a feature hehe

It's due to Fallout 3 and NV sharing quests/topics for some stuff, particularly doctors.

What was the subtitle text? I can fix this easily.
