xEdit Update Script

Post by ROZARBOZAR » Mon Nov 12, 2018 8:17 pm

Regarding the csv files in the conversion package: Am I correct in that they go into my xEdit directory (I use MO2)? Also, what are the functions of the extra TTW.CSVs? Does the Update.CSV bring mods converted in prevous versions up to snuff, or do I need to entirely reconvert them?

The update CSV is just a helper to update older mods to current form changes. You still need to manually go over mods and fix any problems or conflicts. Also also forms and the plugin version must be updated to NV, we will be adding a check to warn about F3 plugins and the game will exit until the are fixed or removed.

So if I have a mod (Plugin.Esp for FO3 as an example) updated to let's say "Plugin.Esp for TTW v.2.9.x", I can run the same 2.9.x updated version through the TTWConversion script in FNVedit, and it will take care of inconsistencies between versions (along with a manual review of the forms, of course)?
