After successfully running the TTW installer, I learned that I did not run the game prior to the installer, so all the .ini edits did not happen. There was no checking by the installer to see if the .ini files were present either.
I figured that I would just re-run the installer, but unfortunately, it does not check to see if TTW's changed .bsa files are present (and thus skip processing them), and shows the following error: "The installed Fallout: New Vegas version is unsupported".
A work around would be to provide a list of the necessary .ini edits to be made, so that users can manually add the changes.

There are no ini edits, FalloutCustom.ini is created, all are contained there-in.

The FalloutCustom.ini should have been created by the installer in "C:\Users\YourNameHere\Documents\my games\FalloutNV"

Weird. That .ini file didn't exist until I restarted my computer, then it appeared and everything's dandy.
