In form 0013658B, you've added leveled lists for some coolant gun parts, but YUPTTW erases them while adding open and close sound records. TTW already has them, so it just seems weird.
The component leveled list 10008AE4 has 'Chance none' set to 100. I didn't notice anything changing the value, so I assume that means it will never spawn. The significant number of components in the world make this non-game-breaking, though a bit strange since you've still got nitrogen in the machines.

YUP should have the record removed and the spawn value should be 95.
