Problems with long load times and semi-frequent crashes

I just installed TTW yesterday and upon hitting level 7 going toward Rivet City my game crashed, i tried loading my save from only about a minute before the crash and it either takes minutes to load and then crashes or it just seemingly infinitely loads. I wasnt having that bad of an issue with crashes, usually i would get one every hour or so and sometimes when entering new areas. Is there any way to fix these problems?

Nevermind, I fixed it by getting rid of NVSR and using enboost. I am having another problem now though, suddenly my skills levels dropped down to where they were when i left the vault and I have no clue why it happened.
