Is it possible to mod the Fallout 3 physics into New Vegas?

I always will love TTW, but I have always preferred the Fallout 3 walking physics, and the other physics from FO3. I was wondering if it were possible to change the New Vegas physics with the Fallout 3 ones for nostalgia purposes?

what do you mean by physics?

The animations is a no, NV needs all the extra things they added.

By physics yea I mean the animations. The walking animations specifically. But thanks for the answer.
