TTWHotfixes - where do I put the files?

Instructions say I need the TTWHotfixes, so I downloaded the 7z file.

I am guessing I need to "unzip" it... comes out to 2 folders and 4 files.

Where do I put em? Several I "think" I know but would like confirmation.

Folder "meshes" - I assume I put folder in "Main Files" Folder in my ToTW install directory.
Folder "sound" - I assume I put folder in "Main Files" Folder in my ToTW install directory and Merge.
MoriartysTestFix.esp - no idea where to put file
taleoftwowastelands.esm - I assume I put in folder in "Main Files" and overwrite current file.
TTW_StartupMenu.esp - I assume I put in "Starup Menu" folder in Optional Files Folder and overwrite current file.
TTWVaultSuitHotfix.esp - no idea where to put file

Any help, advice or confirmation would be appreciated.

Install the 7z like any other mod. You do not need to extract it.

sorry but that's just it... i don't know how. I did play with some mods on FNV but those were not zip files... they were ESM or BSA files etc placed in the DATA folder. I used Nexus Mod or FOMM and they were in the mod list sorted in load order.

Do I put the TTWHotfixes.7z file in the same folder as the TaleofTwoWastelands_Main.fomod & TaleOfTwoWastelands_Options.fomod? Games>FalloutNV>mods folder?

or drop the file in my FOMM>data>FalloutNV folder?

This game is the 1st time I used the package mod installer, so yeah my experience with mods is slim to none.

I use FOMM so I'll use it to explain.
Start FOMM,
open "Package Manager"
click "ADD FOMod"
select the compressed file to add (FOMM has its own decompresser), click "open"
select the newly added mod (bottom of left panel), click "activate"
sort your load order and you're done.
