Not able to get to New Vegas

Hello, I seem to be having an issue with getting to New Vegas from the Capital Wasteland i completed the Union train quest line and bought a ticket. When I flipped the switch to travel it pans in the "Nine years Later" from the start and it will pan out and repeat "Nine Years Later" until I alt+f4.

I am not sure whats causing this as i am playing to my knowledge completely vanilla other than TTW mods.

I removed the startupmenu.esp with FoMM and i'm still running into the same issue.

I don't know, that sequence is kind of buggy and was redone for 3.x

Is there a console command that would allow me to skip that sequence or would that just dig me a deeper hole.

I'd try disabling those extra mods first.

I never use those and never saw this issue. Might not be your problem, but it's worth trying.
