Different start
I have TTW set up and everything, but I keep starting in New Vegas, is this an issue for anyone else?

go to your Fallout.ini file and your falloutprefs.ini file and check if the following is the same:
SCharGenQuest = 001FFFF8
sIntroMovie = (yes this one is blank on purpose, it needs to be blank)
bLoadFaceGenHeadEGTFiles = 1
SCharGenQuest = 001FFFF8
