Unlimited companion mods with FOMM

This might sound like a dumb question but will the unlimited companion mod work if I install it using FOMM?

Which mod? Generally I use JIP companion command and control, it's fully scripted so it's compatible with everything

Not the JIP mod, I am talking about the unlimited companion mod without JIP. Doing a quick search should find it
