TTWFixes.esm says YUP is reqired, but also incompatible

I'm currently trying to start a TTW playthrough, but when I downloaded TTWFixes, for FCO, at suddenly said I need the YUP all DLC. When I then downloaded it, it then said that TTWFixes was incompatible with YUP. I'm very confused and asked the Nexus forums for help, and one user said I should post my problem here. If you have any idea of what causes this problem, please let me know.

FCO is incompatible with TTW altogether and shouldn't be used. TTWFixes is also broken and causes more problems than it fixes and also shouldn't be used. I also have no idea why you have the UF3P esm in your load order. Any mods from Fallout 3 are incompatible unless converted to TTW.

You'll have to play TTW without a fix pack like TTWFixes or YUP until TTW 3.x is released.

Huh? Why would TTW Fixes break anything? It's always been what's pushed by the team to be used. YUP can't be used for TTW. FCO is the problem here. You can't use it with TTW.

It's out of date and broken. Roy said so himself. That's why he pulled it for download. He was tired of people complaining about it breaking things.
