positioning skeletons in the GECK?

Okay I'm trying to arrange some skeletons on a bed and would like to do so in few other interiors I've made however I have no idea how the hell you can arrange the skeletons?  I did a google search on it and it says click havok which I did and try holding ctrl & alt and click on the skeletons to move them around...did all that and I didn't work.  I check out a lot of seddon's videos on youtube on the matter and in his video he used the Fallout 3 version of the GECK and said he couldn't get it to work in New Vegas.  So I know others on here (especially chucksteel with TTWInteriors) position dead bodies and skeletons in there mods and I just got to ask how are you able to do so?

I find a skeleton that's in roughly the position I want and copy the body data. Even if the body is not quite in the position you want at that point, the moment your character enters the cell the body "settles" and looks more natural. This settling is normally off-screen so you never notice.
