Just curious if it's possible to run this game in 4K. My first/new build is capable, but I'm not sure how it would be done. Would it be as simple as an .ini tweak?

Am I making any compromises by setting it to a resolution that isn't normally supported?
It'll run slower and the (vanilla) textures will look like shit.
I did higher res, and downsampling. The frame rate wasnt TOO bad. But it looked awesome. Turned of AA, and with higher res downsampled to by 1080 monitor, it looked better. I don't use it anymore since the downsampling thing is annoying outside game, changing all the UI sizing etc
I've recently updates my rig, however, even prior to my hardware updates I was able to run 1366x768 @ 60 Hz on my LED TV and doesn't run crappy for me. Again, I now have a higher-end rig upgraded from a lower-high end machine. I believe my specs are updated either in my signature or within my profile (If anyone cares.. lol). However, I'm sure my video card plays an important role considering a swapped a 1Gb memory video card to a DX12, 4 Gb memory video card. The more memory you can get within a video card will improve what you see graphically. Also, the combination of CPU, Front Side Bus, internal memory all play a role in how smooth things play. Sorry if this is a little off-topic, but this all does play a role with how well your game play is as well.
EDIT: On-topic directly: I run FNV/TTW (FO3, Skyrim, Skyrim SE) all with HD retextures for as much as I can find (skill books, magazines, NMC's Large Texture Packs, Flora Overhaul, etc) and am able to play 60 fps consistently (except for known areas that bog it) and even then I'm able to push over 40 fps. I don't really notice it much considering I'm busy fighting, etc to even pay attention much.
