Need to save recompiled mod as Master File
Since Senterpat took down his fallout 3 conversion page, I have to convert the Librarian mod myself. And after doing 20 minutes of manually recompiling the myriad of scripts one by one I try and save. See the Librarian mod is an ESM file, and the Geck will only let me save or overwrite ESPs.
How do I update and ESM conversion then? And is there a way to reset the compile all command that it only recompiles the script from the selected mod?

Use the plugin version, it is
Use the plugin version, it is launched by nvse_loader.exe -editor , you can edit ESMs directly without having to convert them back and forth.

I'm not understanding. NVSE
I'm not understanding. NVSE_loader.exe loads the game, not the geck. And what do you mean by plugin in this context? The only exe file in this mods is the geckpu-nv-14.exe. If there's a plugin I don't recognize it.

When you pass -editor as a parameter to NVSE_loader.exe, it loads the GECK instead of the game and patches it to allow editing of scripts that contain NVSE and other extended script commands. Otherwise, any script that has NVSE or JIPLN commands- the commands won't be recognized.

There is an NVSE plugin
There is an NVSE plugin version of powerup, don't use the exe version as it won't load any NVSE plugins into GECK so recompiling some scripts may not work (if the mod used FOSE).
Read the instructions for things, don't assume.

OK I had to do some digging
OK I had to do some digging but I'm in. I'm getting a lot of "Powerup Reports" which seem to be a lot of error messages. Is this normal?
EDIT: there is still no option to save as an ESM file nor do any of the ESM files show up when I have to select a pulgin file to save under. It's only esp files, I cannot select or see any ESMs.

The warnings are normal,
The warnings are normal, ignore them.
You can't "save-as" an ESM. The plugin you are editing must already be an ESM. When opening the ESM from the open menu, you must set it as the active file.
