Is there a way to delete the PipBoy Glove on all NCPs?

I want to make a modification to a dump file I make all my little changes on, and delete the pipboy glove from everyone, PC and NPCs alike. I hate the glove on anyone. Is there a way to simply remove the glove in GECK?

You'll have to manually remove it from all NPCs and change any scripts that add/remove it.

Even easier, if you don't mind not having it yourself. Just unflag it from using the left hand. There is a mod or two out there that do that for you.
