Is my load order jacked?

I loaded up everything fine on a new game earlier.  I recieved some errors from the mod configuration menu and from project nevada, both having to do with not recognizing something about the menus.  So I tried to fix things a bit.  Well now, my attempts at fixing things have made it so the game crashes when it tries to load the main menu.  I'm thinking it has something to do with my load order.  If you don't mind, I'd appreciate a second look at it.

You need to download and install the MCM proper and it's latest update and overwrite PN's version.
