TTW Unofficial Patch Crashing

I've recently done a clean install of TTW using Nexus Mod Manager. When I try to use Question's Unofficial Patch(https://taleoftwowastelands.com/content/ttw-unofficial-patch), the game crashes on the "Please Stand By" Loading Screen. Nothing is appearing in FNVEdit or LOOT. I'm using JIP's and Lutana's Plugins, TTW Fixes, and some of the TTW optional files.

That patch was not made by any of us, and he just disappeared after not listening a whole lot.
