Just finished setting up the last plugins for a heavy modded game and was moving onto texture overhauls when I noticed in-game that my world map was missing (for DC area). So close to being able to start playing and this happens! It's just blank with the character direction arrow in the middle. Reloading previous saves does nothing to help as well. Cannot drag around/zoom. Just doesn't work... the local map is still there and works as intended. Spent all night resetting the few plugin merges I made and uninstalling things but really have no idea what could cause this. Have not previously used any pip-boy/map mods. Have UIO, oHud, DarnUI v04, MCM as far as UI stuff (all up to date). Also tried loading up a TTW Color Map and the Shiloh clean pip boy mod to see if that reset it as well but still nothing. Anyone have an idea where I should start on this one or know of a cause? Otherwise I figure it's an uninstall everything and reinstall one by one sort of pain.

Pretty sure you don't get a DC World map when you start in Vault 101 until you actually leave the vault...
But if I'm wrong...I'd start by disabling all non-TTW mods. That doesn't mean TTW compatible, it means every mod that did not come with the install of TTW, and see if you have any luck.
The best way to install mods is one at a time, load your game, and see if everything works. The problem with adding multiple mods is that something somewhere gets added that does something detrimental to the game, but the issue because so difficult to narrow down.

Noticed this after leaving
Noticed this after leaving Megaton and walking around surrounding wilderness to check for duplicate trees and such after putting in some texture and flora stuff. My usual practice these days when setting up a new modded game is to install 3-5 mods then load in and check they are all working proper before installing the next batch. I also usually wait until I am in the tunnel outside 101 just about to enter the waste before I really start on the additional mods. I usually only start a new game with things like FWE or in the case of TTW; Project Nevada and then any 'more perks' type mods for when I hit that first level. I have been doing this particular install real slow as I am doing an identical install with a friend of mine and everything has been relatively smooth until this. Somehow just didn't notice when we lost the world map.
I am pretty sure I would have a world map by now as I have already talked to Moira and Lucy West who both give map markers, etc. Could this be caused by using FO3 Texture mods at all? I just don't know what would affect that folder. I would normally think to verify the cache of FO3 but with how TTW is set up, I would think that a bad idea lol.

I can loot the cars and still blow them up without the EVE patch while still using EVE! My friend and I tried playing with it in FNVEdit but couldn't fix it. There are some conflicts in there but we are both still pretty new to the more complex side of xEdit and actual mod crafting. Was going to look at it again tonight, but figured it was important enough to post our findings.

It doesn't seem to me that the Eve patch is needed, I am still receiving the EVE Nuclear Plumes or was it for something else?
