Spent a good few hours setting up all these mods and a few more trying to figure out why some of the PN core features aren't working. Things like sprint, bullet time, and visors overlays/vision modes are nonexistant. Yet items and features added by other PN modules are working just fine.
Is there something simple I'm missing? Load order from LOOT is as follows:
