Sorry if this is in the wrong spot, or had already been answered, but google hasn't shown anything related to the topic.
So I was playing around with visual mods in ttw, tried Nevada skies, which went well, then tried the TTW Streetlights mod, and they worked well together, I wanted darker nights, so I tried to download the darker nights mod, which didn't change anything, so I decided to take out nevada skies and put in the TTW Fellout mod.
Now I have this strange bug where no matter what I use; vanilla, fellout, or nevada skies, the lights will show up, but not project any light whatsoever. I've tried uninstalling and re-installing both mods, and that changed nothing.
