Game crashes when I try to load a save

I had a problem earlier where I was missing meshes for some weapons which ended up being because the weapon mods expanded mod for TTW was incompatible, and the sky looked like a transparent version of the ground. I fixed both of these, but the moment I went to access my pipboy to change weapons the game crashed. I tried looking for bugs and forums on this but nothing matched. I tried to fix it by unchecking all mods except the tale of two wasteland mods. When I tried loading my last save the game crashed. I tried loading a later save and it still crashed. I rechecked all the mods I unchecked and still crashes upon loading a save. I have no idea what I did or how to fix it.
