When in first-person, all guns shoot a little down and to the right of the crosshair. The problem does not occur in third-person.
I've gone through my load order, disabling mods to find the culprit, and the problem disappears when Project Nevada is not activated. While not absolutely necessary, I'd really like to keep playing with PN installed. If you have any knowledge with this sort of issue, your help will be appreciated. Thanks ahead.

I have the Steam versions of both Fallout 3 and New Vegas. Both are the GOTY editions that come with all of the DLC.
-Let me know if I've missed anything. Thanks again.
-EDIT- Should this be in Mod Troubleshooting? If so, I apologize.
