Help!

Hey there I've been playing ttw for a while now and I reached Rivet City and it seems the marketplace schedule is messed up like no one is there during business hours and some npc were missing etc please help me, here is my load order, tried to order it using the guide here and i did organize it the best that i can anything wrong in my load order or some missing stuff etc pls help

Did you change the time scale by chance?

Check if they are swimming outside.

No, I did not change the timescale, the timescale is set by default and I think i didn't install any mod that changes it, I also installed the hotfixes by the developers. and check compatibility on the mods before installing, also I didn't see anyone swimming outside it's just that they are scattered all over inside river city.....I am now starting a new game and see if it still the same and also tweakened some of the load order and remove some that I think is the culprit and re-merged the remaining mods, will get back here after reaching rivet city.

EDITED: If it helps I also cleaned the Masters of new vegas with FNVedit being that the default install files are dirty.

Do not clean any FNV or FO3 masters. This will break your game (that is why we have it on our FAQ too).

yep maybe that is the reason, i'll verify again the files of new vegas on steam if needed be re-install it, I'll get back after it
