Okay then... if that's the case, how do I sort out the .bsa then, if that's the cause of the issue.
Because, from what I can tell, with my limited knowledge... The CAR is from Fallout 3, and its info is located in the Fallout3.esm and the TaleofTwoWastelands.esm, and is only effected by those two files. When I look in the Fallout3.esm there are 2 listings for the CAR.

These two are also located in Ancherage.esm
Of these, from here, I find the model location for WeapChineseAssualtRifle, which is the one that I use... and I open it up in nifskope (right?)
From there, It was more or less a little looking around online, to find out where I find the textures that are being used... which I think I found by clicking on the body, which highlights a menu on the side, which I then open up until I reach BSShaderTextureSet, and then in the bottom part of the screen has some textures files listed
textures\weapons\2handautomatic\AssaultRifle01.dds
texture\weapons\2handautomatic\AssaultRifle01_n.dds
These are the textures that the model has been grabbing from... if these are right, then something else is wrong, if they are wrong, then where would I find the the right one? (Also, these files aren't located in the texture file... so I'm guessing they are in the .bsa. If that's the case, what do I do?)
