Hey guys, new to TTW & it's wracking my brain on how to change the color of the main menu and loading screen roulette wheel for darn ui? In game things are fine, the color options in the menu work fine for the in game HUD (HP,Compass,AP etc.), I'm basically trying to make my play through as much like FO3 as possible with NV stability, as I just completed NV & all DLCs.
