I'm currently making a mod for myself that adds and replaces to the list of weapons that Super Mutants use in the game. At the moment I'm having a bit of trouble, as it seems that some of the weapons aren't compatable with Super Mutant animations. Here's what I mean:
To start off, I added the Shoulder-Mounted Machine Gun, Automatic Rifle, and Anti-Materiel Rifle to the list of super mutant weapons in the GECK. Then, to test it out, I spawned a super mutant and gave him various weapons. This is where the problems start. Here's a screenshot:

As you can see, the gun is floating three feet to his left in midair at a weird angle. It fires just fine; there's muzzle flashing and bullets flying. I'm guessing super mutants don't have the proper animation for this. If there's a way to add them, I'd love to know. Also, this is just a minor thing, but I also noticed that during all the times he was shooting at me (I had God Mode on) he never reloaded either.
Next, here's are a couple screenshots showing a super mutant with the Shoulder Mounted Machine Gun and the Anti-Materiel Rifle, both are exhibiting the same problem:

As you can see, there's no problems with them actually holding the weapons, but when they try and fire them, they don't shoot anything. They run around, they scream, they taunt, they show recoiling, but there's no muzzle flash or bullets flying or anything. I gave them each at least 100 rounds of appropriate ammo. They also never reload.
So if anyone could please give a suggestion as to how to make these work, I'd love to know. I want to get this working right so I can post it on here for all to enjoy.
