Health resetting

I downloaded CASM a few days ago because I remembered it was a pretty good utility but I discovered a wierd glitch while doing the Wasteland Survival Guide quest. Everytime CASM creates a new save, my health resets to 100 percent. I turned CASM off, but it didn't stop it, when I enter an area my health resets making completing the quest impossible and ruins the game for me. Any help would be appreciated. Sorry if I forgot to mention anything, first time posting

you don't have a merged patch. get the Edit manual from nexus and learn to merge patch.

sorry, i have computer issues and can't bring up all the info i need when i'm answering things, so i kinda just assume everyone knows at least half the things i'm saying.

Ahhhh, no. After playing for a while it doesn't work. now it triggers when I'm crippled, I don't know what this is. Could a mod be triggering it, but I don't think so.

I can only say that in vanilla TTW it doesn't happen... I am not good with other mods since i haven't used a mod (except DarnUI and MCM) with TTW for 5 years now.

Welp, time to try different combinations of mods to troubleshoot the cause of this bullshit. Any ideas what kind of mod could be causing it?
