Doctor's Bags Explode

I am sure I have a mod conflict, but I am having problems finding it.  Sometimes when I pick up a doctor's bag, they explode.  I have picked up the same bag multiple times and have had it explode and not explode without any changes to mods which makes it very difficult to find the problem.  


I know with Skyrim I could open all the mods in TES5Edit at the same time to see which ones are modifying doctor's bags, is there any way to do something similar in Fallout?


I am open to ideas.

Hi you can use the tool FNVEdit on the nexus it does the same thing as the skyrim one does.

For one thing you might want to get rid of Delay DLC and get Delay DLC TTW. It does everything the original does as well. And as Kenneth said, open up FNVEdit and click all of your active mods, load them, and look for the doctors bag.

I think I found the culprit. It looks like the problem is in receipe_book.esp with the NIRBChanceOfFailurescript
