Mod Conversion Gone Awry

I tried, unsuccesfully, to convert Quo Vagis to TTW before finding it here. When I converted the mod thought I was following the instructions correctly. I added the masters, sorted them and saved in FNVEdit. reloaded my work and ran the conversion script. Next I loaded it into G.E.C.K. and recompiled the scripts. No crashes anywhere but when I went to Cantebury Commons where the quests starts there was no changes in the game. Checking in G.E.C.K. I found that the statics and door marker that was supposed to by in Cantebury Commons ended up under the river just north of the school near Megaton & Vault 101.


Anyone have any idea why objects in exterior cells could wind up in the wrong cell when converting?
