Weird ingame fog glitch

I have this weird fog glitch when I go around the capital wasteland, and cant see more than 10 to 15 feet in front of me. It is not as bad on my main save, but I still cant see much. All my settings at max, BTW. PC specs should be linked on my account (pls dont ban,this is my first "help me" post)

Okay well first, are your settings at max in the game settings, or are they maxed out with the launcher settings?

Second, I know ENBs can be finicky with settings. I've never used an ENB but usually they require you have certain things like water displacement, anti-aliasing, AND anisotropic filtering to be turned off. Maybe someone on the forum can be more helpful than myself in the ENB department for you. But try doing some research about the ENB you're using, or even try completely uninstalling it and see if anything in your game changes.

And just because a mod is not enabled doesn't mean it isn't affecting your game. The best thing to do is just uninstall mods, and this will also clean up your load order.
