Load Order Sorting Method

I've been having some problems with my load order (and getting the improper load order freeze), so I was wondering what method of sorting my load order is most advised. I've been trying to use LOOT, FNVEdit, and hand sorting, but when i use LOOT for FNV with TTW isntalled, it sorts it as normal, but gives me a message about "checking for TTW load order", and I have no clue what that means. Beyond that, FNVEdit isn't reporting any problems when I load it up, so I'm not entirely sure what to do other than just fiddle with mods individually.

• 
  Mods that add worldspaces/cells

  Mods that edit worldspaces/cells

  Creature/NPC mods

  Misc Mods (sortomatic etc)

ESP Files

  Armor/Weapon Mods
