Startup crashing (Load Order Help)

Was recently playing around with a  few mods and decided to try beam me up mod. Was crashing on launch so I exited and removed the mod than all of a sudden I couldn't launch the game when I launch it crashes as if the mod is STILL installed when I know it isn't...

FalloutNV_lang.esp should be below TaleofTwoWastelands.esm as high up in your load order as possible.

Are you not using an English version of the game? TTW is known not to work properly with the German version.

BetterGamePerformanceV4.esp <- get rid of this, known to be incompatible
