Since the compatibility patch is rather outdated, does that mean the new versions of TTW and PN are somewhat compatible with each other?

yes, and really, there's nothing in since 2.7 that needed to be adjusted for the patch
perms: either a full fireworks display spelling out "Puppettron Made This" anytime a user accesses my content in-game, or just give me credit somewhere.
