I tried using the fomod, but apparently when I pressed install lots of errors popped up about how files are missing from the fomod. I then tried using FOMM to install the mod, but unfortunately FOMM is 64-bit and MO can't launch x64 binaries. There's no manual install feature for Project Nevada Extra Options, so how exactly can I install the mod? I'm installing the extra options because Project Nevada TTW requires them.

Manually, as in without a mod
Manually, as in without a mod manager. Create a PN Extra Options folder in Mod Organizer/Mods. Open the PNEO archive with 7zip and drag and drop whatever is needed into the PN EO folder you created.

With MO, the installation for
With MO, the installation for almost any mod is literally "Extract archive into a folder in the MO mods folder" and you're done.

So much quicker than dealing with installers. Sometimes you need em, but not too often.
