Installation

While I was installing it when it was almost finished with sound it crashed when it was on its last one, this has happened to me in the past but I decided to leave it alone and play another game. What happened?

Yeah I checked all that already and the problem is while its downloading and I am not sure where to ask for help

That doesn't look like 'while it's downloading'. It looks like 'when running the installer'. As such, read that again and do what it says that is applicable to your situation.

It was downloading the sound for fallout 3 and once it was almost finished it always says not responding and then it crashes

Every time i try to install the fomods and the sound, misc, meshes etcetera it will get to the last sound file and then it crashes and this happens every time I try
